How to Reset the Password of Xthings Home(Formerly U home) Account?

If you forget your Xthings Home(Formerly U home) Account password,  please use your Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App to reset it

Note: Passwords must be 8-16 characters long and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.

Step 1. Open Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App, and click "Log In My Xthings Home".

Step 2. Click "Forgot Password".

Step 3. Input the email address and enter the new password two times, then click "Get Code".

Step 4. Go to your email inbox, you will find an email showing the verification code like below:

"This is your verification code: 174386. It will expire in 30 minutes."

Step 5. Input the verification code, then click "Done".

Step 6. Success.
