Correct Operation Tips for Smartphone NFC Unlock
- Use the back of your phone, not the front screen;
- Place the upper half of the phone’s back against the lock front panel;
- Move the phone slowly by 2–3 cm to find the optimal sensing point;
- Remove thick or magnetic phone cases before testing, as they may interfere with the signal.
For your reference, below are the NFC antenna locations of various Android smartphones. You may also refer to your phone's user manual or official website to confirm the exact NFC position.
Smartphone NFC unlock fails when the phone is locked?
To use the Smartphone NFC while your phone is locked, please disable the "Require device unlock for NFC" option in your phone's system settings.
Please also note that some mobile devices do not support this feature. For such models, Smartphone NFC cannot be used when the screen is locked.
